"Participant" means any individual who registers for, attends, or uses our Services.
"Content" includes all materials, recipes, instructions, videos, and educational resources provided through our Services.
3. Registration and Accounts
To access certain Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and promptly update your account information

5. Payment Terms
All Services must be paid in full at time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our instructors:

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All Content provided through our Services, including but not limited to recipes, instructional materials, videos, and course materials, is the property of AlphaCyberO Media or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
- Use Content for commercial purposes without permission
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Share login credentials or access with unauthorized users
8. Participant Conduct and Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions and kitchen protocols
- Respect other participants and instructors
- Maintain proper hygiene and food safety practices
- Disclose any food allergies or dietary restrictions
- Use equipment and facilities responsibly
- Not engage in disruptive or dangerous behavior
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaCyberO Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
10. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Our Services involve cooking activities that may present risks including but not limited to cuts, burns, and allergic reactions. Participants assume all risks associated with food preparation and consumption. We are not responsible for any health issues arising from food allergies, dietary restrictions, or improper food handling by participants.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
